this balance plus shipping or delivery and health certificate (will be added  before puppy leaves ) is due 14 days in advance of date of shipping /delivery or pickup .There are no exceptions .If payment has not been recieved in full 14 days before ,the puppy does not leave on the arranged date .
Date is set by breeder when puppy is approx. 9 weeks old .You will then be appraised of the delivery or shipping charges plus health certificate at the time it is due .Shipping is approx...300.00 ..I use American And US AIRWAYS ...Delivery is according to how far we travel ...and hotel rates that accept puppies .To figure your shipping or delivery  go below .

The amount to deliver is 75 cents per mile one way .
( example 600 miles =450.00 )This includes health certificate ,and hotel that accepts puppies for a one night stay )

This is the amount you would expect to pay to get your puppy .If deliverying 2 puppies to the same area ,you would split the amount with the next person .
however ,each add on(after the first 2 )  has an amount that is automatic and is not divided anymore as each puppy I add ,adds more time to my travel and more deposit at hotel .We do not travel over a 14 hour drive time one way .no one is charged in this drive time over 500.00 for delivery .
 
You can come and pick up or we can arrange a shorter distance for us to drive .Gas prices affect the amount you will pay and this is subject to change as gas and airline prices go up and down .
 
 
 
NEUTER /SPAY
 
I (yourname here)__________________________do hereby agree to have  one (cross name,sex  ,date of birth here ) _____________________________spayed/neutered by the time the puppy is 6 months of age .No exceptions .Or I will return the puppy to the breeder (Shirley Kitelinger ) waving all rights to the puppy and recieving 1/2 the original puppy price in return (90 days after the puppy is returned ) ( does not include any travel expense or previous travel expense ).I will send via US Postal service a copy of the reciept for this procedure along with vet name /telephone number  .Failure to do so will cause this contract to be null and void and gives Breeder the right to repo the Puppy at her /his will  .
 
 
 
Signed (ALL ADULT PARTIES MUST SIGN ie husband /wife ...mother /daughter ) NO PUPPY can be sold to a person under 18 years of age .A copy of DL license  from where you reside must be sent with contract if your references do not check out that you are over 18yrs of age .

Guarentee .This puppy is guarenteed for 30 days to return for money back .All money paid for puppy except for  200.00 will be returned .A 200.00 fee for holding and sending the puppy is not refundable .This is taken from the deposite .No travel /delivery expense is refundable .The puppy MUST be returned in the same condition it left in .Any vet bills or other due to your neglect will be taken from the amount returned also .The return will occur in approximately 45 days after the puppy is back in our care and has gone through a physical from my vet .
No exceptions .
If anything were to occur and the puppy dies in your care , MY VET has to do an autopsy before any money is refunded .It is YOUR responsibility for all vet care after you recieve the puppy and your responsibility to return the puppy to me .
Exception to this clause .....if the puppy has something that came from us within the 30 days grace and your vet supplies a written statement ,I will pay the for the medicine ...examples...worms ...coccidia ....
 
GENETIC :This puppy is guarenteed for two (2 years) for any life threatning genetic defects . ie ...Liver shunt ,heart ..
 
I DO NOT SELL TO BREEDERS or FOR ANY BREEDING PURPOSE !

If you are a breeder ,intend to breed or a broker and plan to resell .DO NOT Send this contract .
 
I will take puppy back anytime during my lifetime for any reason whatsoever .I will help you to rehome the puppy .I will discuss with you any issue relating to the puppy in the future.I ask and will have you to agree to NEVER ABANDON this puppy ,give it away without letting me know to whom it goes ,name address phone number  ,RESELL this puppy without my express approval and notification of new owners ,to leave in a shelter or pound or to have this puppy put to sleep for any reason until I have had the opportunity to pick up the puppy .
If at anytime ,a new owner takes possession of this puppy for any reason ,this contract is transfered to them and they MUST contact me to renew /update ownership or the puppy will revert to me as owner .This must be done within 10 days of you placing the puppy .THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS !

NO puppy can leave under 10 weeks old .Shipped at 12 to 14 weeks old .
All must be paid 14 days in advance of puppy leaving or another date will have to be set .You will lose all deposite if over 2 dates have to be set and will have to choose another puppy as that one will go back as available .The deposit MUST accompany the contract .NO EXCEPTIONS ! Breeder has right to amend or refuse any contract .
If refused all deposit will be returned .If someone has already sent a contract on the puppy you have chosen ,then you will be e-mailed and can choose another puppy or pass and pick out of another litter .

I do not deliver or ship unless all payment is paid in FULL before the puppy leaves .This has to be paid at the time of purchase if the puppy is to be delivered or shipped within 14 days from purchase date .
If you return a puppy ...ALL ITEMS ..must be returned with puppy ,toys ,bed ,travel carrier ,blankets or the estimated cost of those items will be taken from your return .
If you return a puppy ...ALL certificates and health papers ,vet papers MUST be returned with the puppy or  before you recieve a refund .
All travel expenses will be taken from the return to pick up the puppy or have it shipped back home .NO former travel expense or holding expense will be returned .
