A waiting list contract is for those puppies that are not born yet .

If one is born on my site that fits your preference ,then this contract is not the one you use .

A waiting list contract means you can get first view and choice of puppies ,it does not hold the puppy of your choice .Once you choose a puppy ,go directly to the updated contract (one for available puppies ) and replace your waiting list one with it .This update assures your hold on the puppy  of your choice .

THE WAIT FOR A PUPPY IS EITHER SHORT OR LONG ACCORDING TO YOUR PREFERENCE .

PLEASE BE AS FLEXIBLE AS POSSIBLE IN MAKING YOUR CHOICES .

THE WAITING TIME IS GENERALLY 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR ,UNLESS YOU SEE ONE ON THE AVAILABLE PUPPY ALBUMS YOU WANT AND THEN THIS CONTRACT IS NOT FOR YOU .

In order for us to help you ,please fill out the contract below and sign and date this contract .Then you can call for a fax time or print out and mail snail mail to me .

This is a binding contract for a puppy yet to be born according to buyers preferences .

This contract is hereby affirmed when received by Breeder unless Breeder denys the applicant .Reasons for denial are

1.. application has been altered

2. deposit of 200.00 did not accompany the application

3. all parts of application not filled out

4.Breeder has reason to believe that the applicant canot provide a home for puppy that is approved by breeder .

If for any of these reasons or others ,you are turned down You will recieve your refund back .However if YOU cancel the contract ,deposite is NOT refundable .There are NO EXCEPTIONS !
