Hi ,my name is Shirley Wooten Kitelinger ,I live in North Alabama .I am 52 and have been raising Maltepoos/maltipoos for a long time now .When I first had my website on aol ,crossbreeds were almost non-issue,you would hear of peekapoos ,cockapoos sometimes another would pop up but was a fleeting thing  .Then after a few years I moved to Ivillage with a website and found that I was the second person to ever rank under Maltipoo..The first was Maltepoo.com and Terri has stopped breeding now and is only into rescue .A noble cause and I am praying for her and hope that she can help as many rescues as she possibly can .So if you are looking for a rescue ,stop by www.maltepoo.com and give Terri a lending hand .Adopt a rescue today if you can or donate to a vets office ,shot and upkeep for someone that would love to have a dog but cannot afford it .That is the best way to help find a rescue a home .Most large orgs for rescues ,the bulk of money goes into overhead ,make a direct donation ,do it at a vets office for another person ,saving a life is a noble thing and helping another to have a "Best Friend " is worth it all .

My Vet ,well ......I had to prove myself,more than you would think  .When I first changed vets ,one that was more accessable ,I ran into a 30 yr vet that had several other vets in a clinic and WAS not into recomending breeders in general .I honestly think Dr.Williams thought all breeders were a pack of wolves or something .

Then I came along ,I made mistakes ,we had a few ups and downs ,but worked hard to correct any problems and to tell you the truth most of the problems I had ,I  bought from other breeders .......then one day ...a few years into using Williams Animal Clinic ,Dr .Williams was looking at one of my puppies and all of a sudden he said "You know ,you are doing the right thing '. I was surprised ,a little bit curious but didn't ask any questions ,inside I smiled though ,He had finally approved me as a breeder ,a person and as a working partner in making my babies the BEST they could be .I have never heard him recomend but maybe 3 breeders and there are ALOT of breeders that uses him ,I am lucky to be amoung those very few .

Since then ,well MY Babies are SPECIAL at the vets office ,all 4 vets agree and to have that is truly a miracle .It is not often a breeder has 1 vet that approves and will vouch for her puppies and so I consider myself lucky indeed ...I have 4 .

We moved a few months ago from Ivillage to Tripod .We lost our site for a few months due to the transfer .You can still see our original site though at tripod ,

and all it entails .But we thought we should go .com and .net and so since we owned www.maltipoo.net and www.poos-4-u.com and www.maltepoo.net and other sites both net and coms ,orgs and other ,we decided to build a few ...We have been lucky and PROUD ! Our babies are in over 40 states with Doctors,Actors,Lawyers,TBN Minister to just the average joe person just like me .

We have had over a million people visit our sites and we are proud to be called Poos-4-U ....This is us ,this is it ...We are Number 1 ...Thanks to all the BEAUTIFUL People and owners of my baby maltipoos/maltepoos and other crosses ...YOU made us number 1 ...May God Bless..
